Enrolling at WCA

Our admissions process is designed to help us best serve your family, uphold WCA’s mission and cultivate a cohesive school community.

WCA is a selective school that partners with parents to provide a disciplined, challenging and Biblically-centered education within the framework of the classical Christian education model.

Admissions Checklist

Our Front Office will be happy to guide you through the admissions process. We’ve outlined that process here, as well as in the following:

  • Step One: School Inquiry and Tour

  • Step Two: Complete and submit the Family Application for Admission (link here); Complete and submit one Student Application for Admission per student (link here); Provide a $50 application fee per student

  • Step Three: Submit copies of the following to WCA: 2 years of report cards, 2 years of standardized test results, formal evaluations (IEP, 504, ADHD testing etc.), and health history information

  • Step Four: *Entrance Testing

  • Step Five: Head of School Interview

  • Step Six: Admissions Committee Decision

* Testing allows teachers to assess the likely success of a student in the grade for which he or she applied. No specific score is required. Rather, we judge the general preparation of the student in core subjects such as math, reading, and writing.
